Snow Rider 3D Sleds and Prices

Eight sleds with identical handling, so the shop is all about style. Here is what each sled costs, how gifts are earned and how to plan your purchases.

All eight sleds and their prices

The shop in Snow Rider 3D has eight sleds. One is free and the other seven are bought with the gifts you collect on the slope. Every sled has identical handling, so the difference between them is purely in how they look. The table lists each price, plus the running total of gifts you need if you buy them in order from cheapest to most expensive.

Pine Green100 gifts150 gifts
Ice Runner150 gifts300 gifts
Candy Cane250 gifts550 gifts
Midnight400 gifts950 gifts
Aurora600 gifts1,550 gifts
Golden Sleigh1,000 gifts2,550 gifts

You start with the Wooden Classic, so you can ride straight away and buy your first new sled once you have 50 gifts. Owning the whole collection takes 2,550 gifts in total, and the Golden Sleigh alone costs more than the first five paid sleds put together, which add up to 950 gifts.

How gifts work

Gifts are wrapped presents spread along the slope. Ride through one to collect it:

  • A regular gift is worth 1.
  • A rare golden gift is worth 5.

During a run, the on-screen counter shows the gifts you have picked up on that run. They are added to your total, which is saved between runs and shown on the start screen, so every run counts toward your next sled, however short it is. Gifts sometimes float above ramps, and riding over a ramp never causes a crash, so take a ramp when you see presents above it.

Buying and selecting a sled

Open the Shop from the start screen or from the game over screen. Getting a new sled takes two steps:

  1. Buy the sled once you have enough gifts. Its price is taken from your gift total and the sled becomes yours.
  2. Select it to make it the sled you ride.

Buying does not lock you in. Every sled you own stays in your collection, so you can switch back to the Wooden Classic or any other sled you have bought whenever you like, without spending anything. Because the game over screen has a Shop button too, you can buy a sled as soon as a run takes you past its price and ride it on your next run.

A sensible order to unlock them

Because every sled rides the same, there is no wrong order. Two approaches work well:

  • Cheapest first. Work down the table from Red Racer to Golden Sleigh. The first few sleds are cheap, so you get something new to ride early on, and by the time you are saving for Aurora and the Golden Sleigh, you will probably be riding longer runs that pass more gifts.
  • Favorite first. If one sled catches your eye, save straight for it and skip the rest for now. No sled improves your chances on the slope, so there is nothing to gain by buying them in any particular order.

Either way, the Golden Sleigh makes a good final goal. At 1,000 gifts it is by far the most expensive sled in the shop.

What happens if you clear site data

Your gift total, the sleds you own, the sled you have selected and your best distance are saved in your browser on this device. There is no account behind them, which means:

  • Clearing this site's data in your browser resets everything: your gifts and best distance go back to zero, only the free Wooden Classic remains, and the sound setting returns to its default.
  • Options that clear browsing history or cookies can include site data, so check what is selected before you confirm.
  • Each browser and each device keeps its own separate progress.
  • Private or incognito windows usually discard site data when you close them, so progress made there may not last.

If your collection matters to you, avoid clearing the data for SnowRider.game. For the full rules, see how to play, or read our tips for collecting more gifts on every run.
